How much does Kickserv cost in 2026?
Kickserv's three plans with their monthly prices and user counts, what the annual discount is, and what a one-person contractor is paying for that they will not use.
Short answer: Kickserv is $60, $119, or $199 a month billed monthly, and the cheapest plan comes with five user seats. There is no free plan. An annual plan takes 20 percent off. Every plan has a 30-day free trial. Read from kickserv.com/pricing on October 28, 2026.
The three plans
- Start: $60 a month, up to 5 users. An embeddable contact form, automated email and text reminders, more than 20 business reports, time and expense tracking, and the QuickBooks Online connection.
- Run: $119 a month, up to 10 users. Everything in Start, plus dispatch mapping, GPS check-ins, custom data fields and custom reports, and a QuickBooks Desktop connection that is listed at another $50 a month.
- Scale: $199 a month, up to 20 users. Everything in Run, plus custom templates.
The page also mentions a Premium plan in a sign-up link without listing a price or what is in it. Ask them if you need more than 20 users.
What the price is built around
Kickserv prices by the user block: 5, 10, 20. That tells you who it is for. A company with a dispatcher, a few techs, and an office that wants reports is the customer, and $60 for five seats is reasonable for that company. A one-person shop pays the same $60 and uses one seat, which is where the question of whether it is worth it starts.
What a one-person contractor is paying for
Scheduling with dispatch mapping, GPS check-ins on employees, time tracking, and twenty reports are the features that justify the price, and they are features for a crew. If you are the crew, what you need from software is the bid written, sent, signed, and the deposit collected. Kickserv does estimates and invoices, and does them in a system built around a schedule board.
What we charge, and what we do not do
BidWriter Pro is $29 a month, charged monthly, or $290 for a year. One plan, one user as the default. Estimates from the job you type, e-signature from the customer's phone, card deposits and balances, invoices, automatic follow-ups, packages and options, photos. No dispatch board, no GPS, no QuickBooks sync. If you run a crew that needs those, Kickserv or Jobber is the better buy. If you write your own bids, you are paying Kickserv for four empty seats. Questions contractors ask
Does Kickserv have a free plan?
No. The lowest plan is Start at $60 a month billed monthly, with a 30-day free trial.
How much is Kickserv on an annual plan?
The page says an annual subscription saves 20 percent, which puts Start near $48 a month, Run near $95, and Scale near $159, paid for the year up front. The page does not print the annual figures; those are the monthly prices less 20 percent.
Is Kickserv worth it for one person?
It is built for a shop with a schedule board and several users. One person gets the same features and the same price as a five-person company. If what you need is a bid signed and a deposit paid, there are cheaper tools built for that.
