Kickserv alternatives for small contractors

Kickserv is scheduling, dispatch, estimating and invoicing for small service companies, priced by team size. Its entry plan already covers five users, which is the tell: it is built for a company with a crew, not a one-truck operator.

Kickserv first, then four alternatives, each with the price from its own pricing page as of October 17, 2026, what it is built for, and who it fits. BidWriter Pro is ours.

Kickserv

  • You have three to five people who each need a login.
  • You schedule recurring work and want it on one calendar.
