How much does Jobber cost in 2026?

Home / Guides

Jobber's real monthly prices for one person and for a small crew, what the number on their pricing page means, and how to tell if you need it.

Short answer: for one person, Jobber runs $49, $139, or $199 a month if you pay month to month. The lower numbers you see first on their pricing page, $29, $99, and $149, are what each plan works out to per month when you pay for a full year upfront. These prices come from Jobber's own pricing page on September 20, 2026. They change, so check their page before you decide.

The three plans for one person

  • Core: $49 a month billed monthly. Or $29 a month if you pay $348 for the year upfront. Quotes, scheduling, invoices, online payments.
  • Connect: $139 a month billed monthly. Or $99 a month if you pay $1,188 upfront. Adds automatic quote and invoice follow-ups, automatic payments, client reminders, and QuickBooks Online sync.
  • Grow: $199 a month billed monthly. Or $149 a month if you pay $1,788 upfront. Adds optional line items the customer can pick on a quote, two-way texting, job costing, and automations.

With a crew of 2 to 5

Set the team size to "2-5 people" on their page and the Core plan goes away. Connect becomes $199 a month billed monthly, or $149 a month paid yearly. Grow becomes $299, or $229 paid yearly. Both include five users. There is also a Plus plan at $499 a month, or $399 paid yearly.

Add-ons

Sold separately on top of any plan: Marketing Suite at $99 a month, the Receptionist that answers calls and texts at $29 a month, and Pipeline for tracking leads at $49 a month.

Why the price you saw was lower

Jobber's page opens on annual billing. The big number on each plan is the yearly price divided by twelve. Nothing is hidden, it says "billed annually" right under it, but it is easy to read $29 and expect a $29 charge. On the annual plan the charge is $348, once. Flip the Billing switch to Monthly to see what a month-to-month bill looks like.

Which features are on which plan

This is where the real cost gets decided. Two things contractors ask for most when they are trying to close more bids are automatic follow-ups on quotes that have not been approved, and options the customer can pick on the quote. On Jobber, follow-ups start on Connect and customer-picked options start on Grow. If you want both as one person paying monthly, you are on Grow at $199.

Is Jobber worth it?

For the right business, yes. Jobber is good software. If you run crews, book recurring visits, dispatch from an office, bill the same customers every month, or need QuickBooks kept in sync, that is what it is built for and the price is fair for what it replaces.

If what you need is to get a bid out tonight, get it signed, and collect the deposit, you are paying for a lot you will not open. A lawn company with 60 weekly customers and a roofer who writes eight bids a month are different businesses. The first one needs Jobber or something like it. The second one mostly needs a good proposal and a way to get paid.

What we charge, and what we do not do

BidWriter Pro is $29 a month, charged monthly, or $290 for a year. One plan. Follow-ups, packages and extras the customer picks, photos, e-signature, card deposits and balances, invoices, job dates, and review requests are all in it. There are no add-ons to buy.

We do not do crew scheduling, dispatch, recurring service billing, or QuickBooks sync. If you need those, use Jobber. If you are not sure, the side by side is here, and you can try the bid writer without signing up.
