About BidWriter Pro

BidWriter Pro is proposal software for contractors who write their own bids. You describe the job in your own words, it becomes a clean proposal, you send it by text or email, the customer signs on their phone and pays the deposit by card, the app follows up for you, and one tap sends the customer a pay link for the balance.

Who it is for

Plumbers, electricians, roofers, HVAC techs, painters, landscapers, flooring installers, concrete and masonry crews, carpenters, fence builders, handymen, remodelers, and general contractors who bid their own work. If you have crews to dispatch and payroll to run, you need a bigger platform. If you write your own bids, this is built for you.

What it will not do

It will not write your scope, set your price, or add terms you did not type. It will not sell you add-ons. It will not schedule crews or run payroll. It does the part between "I looked at the job" and "the customer paid," and it does that part well.

The company

BidWriter Pro is made by BidWriter Pro LLC in Austin, Texas. Card payments are processed by Stripe. See the security page for how data and money are handled.

Not the same product as BidWriter, a UK public-sector tender tool, or BidWritePro, a US federal proposal tool. BidWriter Pro is for trades contractors bidding home and small commercial jobs.
