Short answer: QuoteIQ runs from $29.99 a month for one user to $699.99 a month for twenty, with $25 a month for each user past the plan's count. Yearly billing is two months free. The five plans

Essentials: $29.99 a month, 1 user.
Beginner: $99.99 a month, 2 users.
Pro: $199.99 a month, 4 users.
Elite: $299.99 a month, 10 users. The page gives the yearly example here: $2,999.99 for the year.
Max: $699.99 a month, 20 users.
Extra users: $25 a month each on every plan, up to 100.

As read on October 28, 2026, the pricing page lists e-signatures and online payments as included on every plan, Essentials up. If that matters to you, check the page the day you sign up; it is the kind of line that moves between tiers.

How the price climbs

The jump from one user to two is $70 a month. That is the number to know. A one-person shop at $29.99 that hires a helper who needs the app is at $54.99 with the extra-user fee, or $99.99 on Beginner. Plan around which of those you will be in a year.

The trial

Fourteen days, and a credit or debit card is required to start. Put the end date in your phone. You can cancel at any time according to the page, but a trial that bills on day fifteen is a trial that bills.
