How much does Contractor+ cost in 2026?

Home / Guides

What the free Contractor+ plan caps you at, what Pro Team and Max cost, how extra users are billed, and the refund line to read before you pay for a year.

Short answer: Contractor+ has a free plan called Freedom, a Pro Team plan at $58 a month for the first two users plus $20 a month for each user after that, and a Max plan at $500 a month for unlimited users. Annual billing is listed as saving up to 40 percent. Read from contractorplus.app/pricing on October 28, 2026.

The three plans

  • Freedom: $0, free forever, no card. Basic CRM, estimates and invoices, on web, phone and tablet. Capped at 250 leads and clients and at 5 estimates or invoices a month.
  • Pro Team: $58 a month billed monthly, first two users included, $20 a month per additional user. Adds the fuller CRM, job costing and profitability tracking, a business phone system, chat, card and ACH payments, a client portal, custom branding and URL, QuickBooks Online, Zapier and an API, and a quarterly Angi rebate.
  • Max: $500 a month, unlimited users. Adds voice credits, their local marketing product, lower card rates, and priority support and onboarding.

What the free plan runs out of

Five estimates or invoices a month. For a handyman doing small jobs that is one week. The cap is the business model: the free plan is a trial that does not end, and the fifth bid of the month is when it asks for a card. Most premium features also carry their own 14-day trials inside the free plan, so what you see in week one is not what you keep.

The line to read before you pay

The pricing page says sales are final and refunds are not honored for any reason. On a monthly plan that is one month at risk. On an annual plan taken for the 40 percent discount, it is the whole year. Try it on monthly first.

What we charge, and what we do not do

BidWriter Pro is $29 a month, charged monthly, or $290 for a year, with a 30-day free trial and no card to start. Unlimited estimates on the trial and after it; there is no five-a-month cap. E-signature, card deposits and balances, invoices, follow-ups, photos, packages, all on the one plan. No phone system, no QuickBooks sync, no marketing product. If you need a business phone line inside your job software, Contractor+ Pro Team has one and we do not. The side by side is here.

Questions contractors ask

Is Contractor+ really free?

The Freedom plan is $0 with no card, capped at 5 estimates or invoices a month and 250 leads and clients. Past five bids a month, you are on Pro Team at $58.

How much does Contractor+ cost for a two-person company?

Pro Team at $58 a month includes the first two users. A third user is $20 a month more, so $78 for three.

Can I get a refund from Contractor+?

The pricing page says sales are final and no refunds are honored. Start monthly, not annual, until you are sure.
