Before you start
- Does my customer need an app or an account?
- No. They tap the link in your text or email, read it, and sign. Nothing to download.
- Is the signature legally binding?
- Yes. A typed name and finger signature are binding under the federal E-SIGN Act. Both of you get the signed PDF.
- Where does the deposit go?
- Straight to your bank through Stripe. We never hold your money.
- What if my customer pays by check or cash?
- Fine. Take cash, check, Venmo or Zelle and mark it paid. Card payments are there when you want them.
- What happens after the 30 days?
- Nothing is charged. We never asked for a card. If you want to keep writing estimates it is $29 a month, cancel anytime. Estimates you already sent keep working either way.
